How to Cancel Items or Orders on Amazon

Follow the below directions for cancellation process:


  • Access Your Orders from your account. You will find the two tabs i.e. AmazonFresh and Digital orders appearing separately.

  • Tap on ‘Cancel Items’ option from the screen. For AmazonFresh items, you are required to tap on ‘View’ or ‘Edit Order’ to remove each item individually from the cart. Once you have removed, the item won’t appear in your cart.

  • Mark the checkbox available next to every order you would like to delete. You need to select all the items if you want to delete the entire order.

  • Once you are finished, click on the ‘Cancel checked items’.

After the cancellation process, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email address. Also, you can confirm the cancellation by visiting on ‘Your Orders’. The order is successfully are cancelled if you find your order in the ‘Cancelled Orders’ section. In case, your order has been shipped directly from the vendor and can’t be modified then you can return it to the Amazon Return Center.
